We are a Golf Cart Free Zone. E-Bikes are allowed.

Seasonal rates are due on the first day of the season.

Seasonal fees & yearly deposits for seasonal sites are non-refundable.

To secure your seasonal site for next year, deposits (from both the 5 and 6 month campers) must be received by September 22nd.

Full refunds (less a $50.00 administrative fee plus HST) will be given for cancellations made a month or more in advance of the reservation for a week or month. No refunds otherwise.

Campers may be evicted for failure to make payments or assessed late fees @$200.00/month.

Rates are based on a two adult occupancy & up to 3 dependant children under the age of 18.

HST is added to all fees and charges.

Campers not registering and paying for use of electric heaters, water heaters or air conditioning will be considered stealing services and may be evicted or refused renewal at managements discretion.

Off site storage is available if pre-paid. Contact the office for details.
* High rate will be charged if air conditioning is left "ON" when campers leave the park. ( Turn your thermostat off when leaving trailer to avoid this extra charge)
